This is base camp for my channel!<\/p>\n

I capture what happens in my life good and bad on my You Tube channel. My goal in making this content is to make mental health less of a taboo topic. We all need more communication in our lives. Asking for help with Mental health is terrifying. Breaking that initial ice is the best thing I have ever done. Our loved ones cannot support us if they do not know how we are doing\/feeling.<\/p>\n
