This is base camp for my channel!

I capture what happens in my life good and bad on my You Tube channel. My goal in making this content is to make mental health less of a taboo topic. We all need more communication in our lives. Asking for help with Mental health is terrifying. Breaking that initial ice is the best thing I have ever done. Our loved ones cannot support us if they do not know how we are doing/feeling.

Lets talk about it!

Sometimes when I say “I’m okay”,

I want someone to look me in the eyes, hug me tight, and say;

“I know you are not, that is okay, Is there anything I can do for you?

Mental Health is just as important as Physical Health

Please remember it is okay to not be okay

The goal of starting A Little Bit of Everything was to build a community with no judgement and open minds, to share stories of my own and from other people of struggles faced and good times experienced. The tools people used to navigate these situations. Above all talk about Mental health, loose the stigma behind the subject, and share the things I love to do with others.
